Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for services that have not been fully delivered or where contractual obligations have not been met. Eligibility is determined based on documented agreements, service timelines, and evidence of incomplete or unsatisfactory delivery.

2. Timeframe

Requests for refunds must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of service delivery or invoice issuance, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Process

To initiate a refund request, clients must:

• Submit a written request via email.
• Provide invoice number and service details.
• Include a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

ZENAVIONEX will review each request within seven (7) business days and communicate the decision in writing.

4. Conditions

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions, typically ranging from five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for completed services delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, customized or bespoke solutions once approved, or delays caused by incomplete client-provided information. Administrative or processing fees may apply where permitted by law.
